I have not been active at all on this blog or any of my social media sites solely for the fact that I’ve been through so much this year and have not had any time to myself.
The summer is basically over and I did not get to enjoy it as I really wanted to due to my new job(2 months in) and just finishing up school. I am happy to say that I am officially graduated with my Bachelors degree (even though I walked in Commencement in May). It’s official and I’m done which means one less thing to stress over!
I’ve also been going to the gym at least 3 times a week and seeing my personal trainer once a week. I started this at the end of June and it’s been two months and I’m proud to say that I’m down 1% of body fat. It’s not a huge percentage but it’s something and even though I’m not loosing the weight I want. I am gaining muscle and toning my body.
Yesterday I also made an effort to meal prep to get back on track, because with the hours I work I’m tired and don’t eat as well as I should or pay attention to my carb take in.
